Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kiernan Milling If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have [14] days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@kiernanmiling.ie to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@kiernanmilling.ie

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time, so please review it periodically. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
